Terms and Conditions
In exchange for a license to use church property, the group/individual requesting the use of church facilities hereby jointly and severally agrees and covenants to indemnify and hold harmless the church, its pastors, leadership, members, employees, or people of any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the church facilities and agrees not to sue the church, its pastors, and to be responsible for any property damage that results during the use of the facilities. Please report any damage to the church office promptly. The refundable deposit of $100 and/or usage fee of $100 (if applicable) are required two weeks prior to the event. In addition, please submit any marketing materials related to your event. The group or individual using the facility is responsible for set up, clean up, and return to normal set up after the activity.
